NŪMA & Co. is a nurse-led postnatal concierge service providing bespoke coordination of postnatal care through a network of independent, vetted professionals.

We do not provide medical treatment directly unless explicitly stated. Our role is to coordinate, recommend, and manage services delivered by third-party practitioners.

2. Our Services

NŪMA & Co. provides:

  • Postnatal care coordination

  • Personalised care planning

  • Referrals to trusted professionals

  • Ongoing nurse-led guidance and support

All services are delivered by independent practitioners who remain responsible for their own clinical decisions, professional conduct, and regulatory compliance.

3. Consultations

Introductory or paid consultations are designed to:

  • Assess suitability

  • Understand client needs

  • Explain available services

Consultations do not replace medical advice and should not be considered a medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. Practitioner Network

All practitioners within the NŪMA & Co. network:

  • Are independently contracted

  • Hold relevant qualifications and insurance

  • Are responsible for their own professional standards

NŪMA & Co. does not employ these practitioners and is not liable for acts or omissions arising from their services.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees for consultations, coordination, or services will be communicated clearly in advance

  • Payment is required as agreed before services commence

  • Practitioner fees may be billed directly or via NŪMA & Co., depending on arrangement

All fees are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full

  • Practitioner-specific cancellation policies may apply

7. Medical Disclaimer

NŪMA & Co. does not replace:

  • Your GP

  • Midwife

  • Obstetrician

  • Paediatrician

If you or your baby experience a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention via emergency services.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to confidentiality and data protection.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Inform us of any relevant health changes

  • Follow professional advice appropriately

  • Engage respectfully with practitioners and staff

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NŪMA & Co. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the value of the services paid for

  • We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our coordination role

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and documentation are the property of NŪMA & Co.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:
